These terms govern use of Shop Line (the "Service") provided by Qubzylthar Nexus LLC ("we", "us") to businesses ("you", the "Shop").
We provide a phone number and software that texts callers you did not answer, carries a text conversation to gather details and book appointments within the availability you configure, alerts you, and reports activity to you. You configure call forwarding on your own phone line; we do not control your carrier or your phone.
The Service is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at signup, plus any setup fee stated there, charged to your card via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may pause outbound texting after 7 days and cancel after 30. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Numbers we provide remain ours. If you cancel, we will release the number 30 days later unless you ask us to port it to you, which we will do at cost.
We do not guarantee that any call will be recovered, that any customer will book, or that messages will be delivered; carriers filter and delay messages outside our control. The Service is provided "as is".
The Service sends SMS messages to people who called a Shop, were not answered, and pressed 1 when the Shop's greeting offered a text, or who texted the Shop first. It sends alerts to the Shop's owner only if the owner ticked the optional text-alerts box at signup or texted ALERTS ON; the owner can text STOP or ALERTS OFF at any time. Message frequency varies, typically 1–6 messages per service request. Msg & data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages and HELP for assistance, or contact hello@myqzn.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Parts of the conversation are automated. The Service never quotes prices or commits you to work; a customer's booking is a request for an arrival window that you may reschedule. You are responsible for what you say to your customers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business.
Either party may end the Service at any time. We may suspend the Service for non-payment, misuse, or to comply with carrier or legal requirements.
