Qubzylthar Nexus LLC ("we") operates Shop Line, a missed-call text-back and booking service used by local service businesses ("Shops"). This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
Solely to deliver the service: to send the Shop's missed-call text, carry the conversation, book appointments, alert the Shop's owner, and report the Shop's own activity back to the Shop. We use automated processing, including AI models, to read messages and suggest replies; a person at the Shop can always step in.
If you call a Shop that uses our service and they can't answer, you may receive text messages from that Shop's number. Message frequency varies by conversation, typically 1–6 messages per service request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS Program page for the full disclosure.
Conversation records are kept while the Shop remains a customer and for up to 12 months after, then deleted. Voicemail recordings are stored by Twilio and deleted on the same schedule. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. To access or delete your information, email hello@myqzn.com from the phone number or email in question.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled systems. No method is perfectly secure; we will notify affected people of a breach as required by law.
The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
